Parents' evenings & reporting

Please find below a list of the parent evenings and reporting dates for the academic year 2024 - 2025. Parents’ evenings are an important opportunity for us to meet with you and discuss your child's learning so please do make every effort to attend. You will receive up to two reports in addition to the parent meetings over the course of the year which will be sent to the email address* provided during enrolment. This is to support the school's eco-school status and drive to improve sustainability. If you wish to receive a paper report or if you would like an additional copy of your child's report, please contact your child's Head of Year. Click here.

Appointment invitation cards for subject evenings will be distributed approximately one week before the evening and your child will make appointments with their teachers during lessons. Please give your child a time window where you are available to see subject teachers. Unfortunately, it will sometimes not be possible to see all teachers given that they often teach more than one class in a year group and there will not be enough slots in the evening, so it is important to prioritise those where you have more urgent questions.
